Stop Worrying About Money

Before the advisory practice, there was the book: the same philosophy, written for everyone. It is the fullest public record of how I think about money, and it is deliberately not a sales pitch for anything.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You earn well, but you could not say where it actually goes.
  • The paperwork sits in a drawer because opening it feels worse than ignoring it.
  • Everyone selling you something has an opinion, and none of them agree.
  • You know you should have a plan. You have never had the time to build one.

I wrote this book because I kept having the same conversation. Capable people, business owners, executives, people who run complicated lives well, quietly uncomfortable that money was the one part they had never got on top of. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. Nobody teaches this.

What you’ll walk away with

  • Where your money is going, in numbers you can see on one page.
  • What to deal with first, and what can safely wait.
  • The questions to ask an adviser, an accountant or a lender before you sign.
  • A plan you can keep running without me in the room.

The book is for everyone.

If your family’s situation has outgrown it, with structures, transition and the next generation in play, that is where the advisory work begins.
